Breakfast at Le Peep with HPeep

Oh my goodness...what a goofball!! We had a lit of fun this morning at breakfast. Its nice sometimes just to hang out me and HP while the kids are at school!!!

Daddy daughter dance was last night. They looked great and had tons of fun. They went to MOnicals for some yummy pizza and then to St Thomas for the groovy festivities.

Oklahoma!!!

Annabelle and I had so much this fall participating in the St Thomas parish production of Oklahoma. I never realised how much fun we would have. I think I will have to make it a tradtion for us. Maybe i can get Rick to do it next time too....ha ha i doubt it!

2nd day of blogging..(again)

It was a fun day. both sets of grandparents went to the kids school today to eat lunch with the kids. I always going to the kids school and seeing them in their elemnt. They both are so fun and funny. They are great kids!!

Rick and I are figuring out how great this new job is and hopefully will continue to be. He is learning so much about the scouting world....and doesnt seem to be focusing too much on not playing. I knoew something great would happen for him. Sometimes you just have wait and allow things to happen the way they are meant to. Things are falling right into place!

WOW...it has been 9 months since i posted last. It was actually our first few days in Japan. Sad to say i never posted again. I am sad about that because i have since found out that i can make my blog into a book. What a great scrapbook. So even if nobody ever reads this blog...i will have it forever and ever for more kids to read.

The Short family has started a new chapter in their lives. Rick has officailly retired from playing baseball. He is now a scout for the Arizona Diamondbacks. He is very excited and so are we because we will get to see him lots more. I cant lie...i will miss Japan. I should say i will miss the uniquness of our sumers. My kids have spent 5 summers of the lives growing up there. thank goodness i am a crazy picture taker...and really thank goodness i blogged 2 years of our lives there. Hopefully i will keep blogging and i can make the newest chapter into a book.
